Hi, of course, at the end its a security policy problem, the exception is quite clear about this. But why get this exception triggered? I am using a lot of different connection pools on various iSeries systems, but i never got this kind of exception. So my (wild) guess was that you defined some authentication that your system doesnt support. To be sure that its not the pool, you can write a TEst class with only an AS400 object and do a signon via this object.
