java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: java/util/Currency ????

Hi

I am trying to run a java program on AS400, but i get 
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: java/util/Currency    
     
at java/lang/Throwable.<init>(Throwable.java:195)   
i am using jdk1.4.1 and have setup all env variables??
what else should i check
