Ashish, you don't have to create the JVM.  The RPG runtime will create
the JVM for you.  You definitely should not destroy the JVM.  You should
write your application assuming the JVM will already be created, so you
should make sure the CLASSPATH environment variable is correct before
any RPG program has a chance to call Java in your job.

There is only one JVM in your job.  All your programs use the same JVM,
and when your RPG program ends with LR on or not, it doesn't affect the
JVM.
