Question about AS400 and Lotus Domino and JAVA

Hi,

I am not sure if i could ask this question in this
forum, but i dont know the resources where i can find 
information about it.
I just got a mail from my boss to see the posibilty of
using lotus domino server and existing AS400
application
We have a home developed AS400 application written in
RPGLE, CL, 
We are converting some of green screens into web (HTML
and applet ) using java, but we have kept all the
existing business logic into RPGLE and just built jsp
and  servlets and applets to display data in web.
Since we have JT400, it was pretty easy to call
existing RPGLE programs.
Now the question is , is it possible to do the same
using Lotus Domino. Becuase as far as i know with my
limited knowledge of lotus that it is mainly used for
messaging (like emails and MQSeries etc)
can anyone point me to some resource where i can find
more info also if there is any comparision of web
enabling AS400 using java and lotus domino
