JDBC driver properties - block size

Hi,

it looks like block size property doesnt work (for me).
I set it to 512 (in properties file). Reading file sequentially from the local 
box, (no order by, where clauses etc.) with native driver I get block size of 
32 and with toolbox one it jumps to 132. Record length is 260. Any ideas?
