I did get a response from an IBM guy watching Java101 lists.
Actually thought I had fixed it for a moment.

Changed the java.version to 1.3.0 as reported
in java -version.

Unfortunatly, although i didnt get any errors,
i didnt get any class file either - so sort
of defeated the point.


Im gunna have to try and load a later Cum CD and
see if that might fix things.


I shouldnt have to go to V5R1 just to get
a workable copy of JDK1.3



Any other ideas?
ALL welcome - even the silly ones at this stage!!
