Chris, what type of box are you running? I've found it's not the size of the box, but the age that matters. The older boxes don't handle WebSphere, but the newer ones run it quite nicely. I've got a tiny little model 270 here (with 0 interactive CPW - a $10,000 machine), and WebSphere runs very well.
