We have successfully deployed a web site on a Linux server running Apache and Tomcat (that accesses AS/400 data using JDBC), and now want to upgrade our intranet site (hosted on an AS/400) to include some servlets and JSPs. My experiences with WebSphere have not been entirely positive; what is the current start of the art w.r.t. running Apache and Tomcat on the AS/400? Can someone post pointers to information on this? Also, could someone post a link to how to switch JVMs from 1.1.8 to 1.2 (we're at V4R5 on one box and V4R4 on the other)? Is 1.3 supported on either of those operating systems? -- ____________________________________________________________ Glenn Holmer gholmer@weycogroup.com Programmer/Analyst phone: 414.908.1809 Weyco Group, Inc. fax: 414.908.1601 +--- | This is the JAVA/400 Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to JAVA400-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to JAVA400-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to JAVA400-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner: joe@zappie.net +---
