Gary,

It didn't. Not that I could tell. I commented out the method I thought the
error was in and rewrote it below and it worked so it must have been
something I did. But I think the IDE should do a better job of stating what
it thinks the line in error is. JAVAC even does that.

After you click OK, VAJ should put the cursor where it thinks the error
occurred.  Can you copy/paste the code here and I'll try it in my copy.
