Title: JDBC Port issue AS400 toolbox JDBC driver URGENT

When I submit a CL program that contains a command to compile Java code I got a message QSH0002:

Error found with QSH session, reason code 4, errno 3489.

Which message file contains QSH0002 message? What causes error with code 4 error no 3489?

When I run the same CL program online, the java class compiles fine.
