Yes.  Specify the desired owner on the SPLFOWN parameter of the OVRPRTF 
command.  
Then you can limit the search to spooled files for a specific user.  You could 
create a special user profile whose sole purpose is to own these spooled files. 
 
If you delete them when you are done the search will produce a short list.
