David, If I have not completly lost my memory, DB2/400 and the other platforms it is available on all support the current JDBC 2.0 standard - This means that they are pretty much the same overall. To support this I have used JDBC for both as/400 and pc (DB2) and have never had to change a line of code. --- David Gibbs <dgibbs@verticalsky.com> wrote: > Folks: > > Does anyone know if DB2 on the PC (or unix) and 400 > have ever been compared > feature for feature? > > I'm trying to determine if the 400 DB2 lacks any > features that the PC > version has ... especially where it relates to JDBC. > > Thanks! > > david > > -- > David Gibbs > Sr. Software Engineer > Mortice Kern Systems US, Inc. > 2500 S.
