It looks like we are finally going to take the plunge and upgrade to Websphere 3.5 I have the docs from the web that outlines what to do. I have two questions to the IBM folks and/or the other shops that have gone this route... First, are there any "gotchas" that aren't on the IBM migration document (which appears quite exhaustive) that folks found as they were migrating... Also, how long did it take to complete the migration? Second, we don't have a great deal of applications running on Websphere (although several of the ones we do have are pretty important), so it would be fairly trivial to store them off to a PC, wipe out WAS 3.0.2 and install WAS 3.5 (not sure if I can even do this... :-) ) without any migration issues. Is there any merit to this approach? Thanks in advance for any help you might provide us.
