Sorry, I couldn't help but jump in here.  Yes.  Proven mathematically.  You
might next to no functionality in a programming language to be able to do
any program needed.  Everything else is just there to make the programmer's
life easier.  I could be wrong, but I thought all you needed was
assignement and goto.
