QUSER stored Procedure......... Please help

I am running into this problem.  When I execute My stored procedure using My
User ID / Password, AS/400 is executing it under QUSER
and its not taking the library List of My User ID / Password.

Can someone help me how to tell QUSER to use my user profile library list.

There appears to be a problem with DNS that is causing mail to not be
delivered.

I'm investigating the problem and hope to have it resolved soon.
