Problem: [PWS0004] Required parameter was not provided. -- JAVA400-L

Hello,
I receive following strange error executing a prepared statement (work fine on 
DB2 UDB 7.1):
Using JTOpen under Win2k and OS/400 V4R3M0

java.sql.SQLException: [PWS0004] Required parameter was not provided.
        at com.ibm.as400.access.JDError.throwSQLException(JDError.java:339)
        at 
com.ibm.as400.access.AS400JDBCStatement.commonExecute(AS400JDBCStatement.java:521)
        at
