I did this on a W98 machine. Don't have a NT here so I can't verify if it's 
thte same.

Cmd line:       c:\jdk1.2.2\bin\java.exe rng
Working:        c:\atsajv1
Run:              Minimized

Close on exit is checked

Run minimized is selected so that the MS DOS  window remains hidden. The close 
on exit
is needed or the MD DOS window remains open. My java application rng is located 
in the
atsajv1 directory.
