The error message is your clue.  java is saying that it can't find a
constructor for java.math.BigDecimal which takes an Object as its only
argument.  The main reason for that is that no such constructor is
defined!!

However, you shouldn't need to create a new BigDecimal.  This should
work:

key3[0] = keyedRecord.getField("RRCRS#");
