Should be:
1 ServerInit
  /QSYS.LIB/QEJB.LIB/QSVTGO46PI.SRVPGM:init_exit
/QIBM/UserData/WebASAdv/default/properties/bootstrap.properties

Yes, under "request routing", I have:

1 NameTrans   /*

and under Servlet API application processing, I have:

  /QSYS.LIB/QEJB.LIB/QSVTGO46PI.SRVPGM:init_exit
2 Authorization   IBMWebSphere
  /QSYS.LIB/QEJB.LIB/QSVTGO46PI.SRVPGM:authorization_exit
3 ServerTerm

It does occur to me to ask if I took too much out when I removed
the 1.1 stuff; these are the only entries I have in there.
