Glenn,
Sorry for wasting your time investiagting the HTTP configuration. I lost
track of the fact that you said you were getting "Document contained no
data". This typically occurs when a servlet or JSP catches an exception but
does not handle it. There are a couple of log files to check for errors:
   /QIBM/UserData/WebASAdv/default/logs/default_server_stdout.log
   /QIBM/UserData/WebASAdv/default/logs/default_server_stderr.log
   /QIBM/UserData/WebASAdv/default/logs/tracefile
Also you can check the joblog of the first job of the HTTP server
instance for errors (need to press F10 when viewing the joblog to be
sure you see any and all messages).

I am assuming you are invoking snoop as:

 http://your.server.name/servlet/snoop

or (if your HTTP server instance is not using port 80)

 http://your.server.name:port/servlet/snoop

Oh, right... :) The line is correct when viewed that way. I am
still getting empty pages back from WebSphere. Does anybody else
have any ideas?

On another note, the WebSphere admin running under Windows 2000
is unbelievably slow (PIII-500/128M on the PC). Is this a Win2K
thing? We notice this with Client Access Express as well.
