Hi.

If you use a JDBC driver you can run an SQL CALL statement to your RPG
program.
The Call statement can pass parms as input and receive parms as output
easily.
I do this to return error conditions to the Java servlet from my RPG
program now....

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if someone could point me in the right
direction in my everlasting effort to solve my little
dilema. I'm executing an application from a servlet,
but I'm unable to tell whether the RPG program
completed successfully or not? My question: Is there
a way to return a completion variable from an RPG
program to a java servlet?

Hope this makes sense, and thanks for you help
