I suppose I should introduce myself.  Though I am speaking here totally for 
myself, on 
my own time, and without authorization or direction from IBM, I am an IBM 
developer 
working on the AS/400 JVM support.  Don't ask me anything about the Java 
Toolbox, 
JDBC, RMI, etc, because I don't know anything about them, but I do know quite a 
bit 
about the inner workings of the JVM itself, including the interpreter and 
CRTJVAPGM.  
I'm lurking here and in the AS/400 newsgroup both to help out on occasion and 
to get a 
feel for what's going on out there.
