Hi Frank:

I am listening.  I am a partner in a consulting and software development
firm with twelve people on staff.  Most of us are RPG and AS/400 people.  I
have two that are Java coders but not yet on the AS/400.  We are just
starting to get into Java on the AS/400 now.
