I've tried it both ways...installing apache on each, then doing a
deploy...then I tried copying the apache folder from the system that works
to the system that doesn't. it still didn't work. Now, if I http from the
system that doesn't work, into the system that does, I am able to get it to
work.

I think a call to IBM is next.

I can't help you much when it works on one machine and not the other.
Did you actually deploy the WAR to each, or did you just copy folders
from one to another after the deployment?
