NEVER permanently apply Domino or Lotus extended products ptfs. Most
upgrade instructions usually involve something like "uninstall any fix
packs before upgrading...".
IBM has this web site a little FUBAR. The initial index.html file has
went missing so you can't get to the initial page

But if you "know" of a subset of support you want to get to, like

you can get there. Just don't try clicking on Support at
