Hi Rob, We are experiencing the issue and also have a call logged with Trend. Although the support for Australia is good, time zones make it difficult to get responses at a time when we are at work so everything takes twice as long. Please let us know how you get on with Trend. We don't have a backup of a good pattern. Thanks Regards, Nathan Simpson Australian Wool Handlers Forest Rd Lara VIC 3212 Ph. Possible cause (still under investigation from Trend): Corrupted pattern file. Workaround: WRKLNK '/QIBM/UserData/trend/SMD/pattern/vsapi/*' Delete all IFS entries with an extension of 'corrupted'. Hopefully you have one as old as 867 that is not 'corrupted'. tell SMDreal quit tell SMDemf quit tell SMDmon quit tell SMDsch quit show tasks wait until all are gone load SMDreal load SMDemf load SMDmon load SMDsch May have to turn off update.
