I've seen this message when trying to access my notes email through the web and when the sender has their outgoing mail encrypted. I didn't think that you could get around it. Michael Schutte Dig in! I have a user getting this message: You cannot access portions of this document because it is encrypted and was not intended for you, or you do not have the decryption key. How do I get around it? They are the intended recipient of the email.
