Well I probably went about it all wrong, but I upgraded my cluster server first to 7.0 and then upgraded my primary several months later. I didn't have any problems doing it this way. I generally just upgrade all of the DPARs at once (except for my Sametime DPAR wich is still at 6.5.4 FP1).
