Quick Question - can't modify inotes6.ntf in Designer -- DOMINO400

Anyone have a quick fix for this one, don't want to get caught on the phone
too long with support today... too much going on.

I need to get an agent added back into the inotes6.ntf template that our
users mail files are patterned on... (agent dissapeared from the
inotes6.ntf template with our 6.5.4 and FP1 upgrade).  When trying to open
the template in the designer I get an
                                                                            
                                                                            
                                                                            
                                                                            
 "You have insufficient access to perform this operation."                  
                                                                            
                                                                            


message.  When opening the inotes6.ntf template it opens for me fine, but
when I do a view agents it opens in the admin rather than the designer.
Let me know if you have any thoughts...
