I believe DNS can handle this -- DNS allows you to create a
secondary/tertiary/etc... domain for failovers.

Domino clustering works great. However if a user goes to
http://mydomserver.mycompany.com and that domino server is toast, how do
you get it to automatically roll over to
http://myclusterbackup.mycompany.com
Maybe I'm saying it all wrong but I hope you get the idea.
