I had a different issue with QTOFARQRY if you search back in the
domino400@xxxxxxxxxxxx archives. I opened a PMR on my issue this w eek and
found out that the data queue is not used directly by Domino, b ut was being
hit due to some kind of network (packet?) filters. We do not any filters on
our AS/400, but was told given two PTFs, SI13274 an= d
SI13542 to correct my problem. The PTFs are for V5R2 only, my probl= em
was not reported on other versions. I have one applied alrea= dy, the
other is awaiting an IPL this weekend (TCP restar= t actually, which for
   us, is an IPL).

For background info, my problem was excess command logging in the s
ecurity journal. Each DPAR would create two logs per minute, trying t= o
create the above mentioned data queue, even though it already existed= .
Maybe the PTFs will help with the file locks too, if you are on V5R= 2.

It would be helpful if there were some documentation on this dtaq. ... I
believe it's definitely specific to Domino because it's not on= one of our
servers without Domino. On my 2 Domino iSeries boxes, = I don't
   currently
have any locks on that file.

You may want to just submit a PMR online and see what that dtaq is for.

You may not have to worry too much, though:

The contents of data queues aren't saved anyway...
