Thanks for the input.

My concern was that the jobd domino uses has qtemp in its library list and 
it was probably put there for a reason. (I didn't do the domino install - 
I just inherited it.)

I voiced my concern about putting qtemp in the system library list and the 
programmer decided to agree that this was not a good idea. (My point to 
him was that the programmer with the DBU problem should be examined since 
all the other programmers use DBU too all without problem, and that one 
programmer who was having problems had a different jobd containing a 
custom library list.)
