Again, thanks for the responses. Here is what I found out late Friday:

The Location Documents are not using the IP Address of the Domino
server.
The old system was an 820, 2GB of RAM, 564GB DASD. New system is an 810,
4GB of RAM, 896GB of DASD, cpw 1020.
Not running network compression to the Notes clients.
System Pool 2, pool size is 1008, reserved is 5.75, paging option is
*calc.

Also, to answer Patrick's question, everyone is experiencing this,
regardless of whether they are coming in over the T-1 or in the local
office.
