Fritz, I can access web mail without any problems. I think what Tom said about having -Default- and anonymous set to No Access on the mail file would causes this message to appear. I setup another user that used the iNotes Web Access template and the same thing happens. i.e.. nothing. iSynch never starts. Maybe I haven't setup the Domino Server properly. I followed the instructions to the letter, or so I think. Is this right: Install Domino Configure Domino by choosing what services to run and setting name for the server and passwords for cert.id and server.id Create User Create DOLS document Install Software on client PC There is not editing of HTTP settings or anything else is there? Are you seeing the same authentication error messages in the Domino log when you try to access the mail database using the web browser?
