Fritz, inline <First, is the user Nathan Simpson/awh/au or Nathan Simpson/awhdom/au? If I recall, your security document had /awhdom/au. Also, can you get the Web Mail client running by using the URL http://domain/mail/nsimpson.nsf?> Sorry about that. Since first email have uninstalled and reinstalled. It is now /awh/au but was /awhdom/au. I have changed everything accordingly. I can get into WebMail but I get a message 23/01/2002 09:55:03 You are not authorized to perform this operation [/mail/nsimpson.nsf] <Second, it sounds as though the .dll for DOLS downloaded along with the iSynch application. Can you run the iSynch application directly? You may need to configure the thing so it runs regularly.> I can't start it directly. I can double click on the application or go through the start menu but I get just get an hourglass for a couple of seconds then nothing. I tried to start it on another machine (win2K prof) and iSynch started (not automatically as it is supposed to but by going through the start menu) and I was prompted for a "master" password. I don't what password they are after but everything I tried didn't work. <Third, DOLS users, those folks using Outlook as the client, will need to be registered just like a regular user.> That is what I am doing. < Fourth, one trick to getting the Administrator Group (I prefer a group profile rather than one Admin) automagically into ACL of the mail file is to add the group to the ACL of the mail template. So for the iNotes databases, you'll need to open the iNotes.ntf template file through a mapped drive onto the AS/400 IFS, change the ACL and close it. Then, any mail database created with this template with inherit the template's ACL.> I will give it a try. Regards, Nathan
