Thanks.....I did not know about the compact.  We run compact nightly and that
may have cooked my goose.

Hi Rob

You have an R4 client and an R5 client. - an R4 client can read an R5 mail
box only if the mail box is set up to with an.ns4 file extension -
converting it to an R4 ODS - (confusing ???)

The only draw back to this is if you do a standard compact with no special
instruction, then it automatically updated the file to an R5 ODS so thyat
the R5 client cannot read it.
