Rob, I am pretty sure it has to be a name, but use the local host table to alias a name to the IP address.... Rob, use the BindSpecific <hostname> keyword in the HTTP configuration of the AS/400 to prevent the HTTP-server to bind to all local interfaces at startup. ooooooooooooopppppppppppsss! It's too early in the morning (5.30): Use BindSpecific On and Hostname <hostname> to achieve the needed result. Both keywords should be added to the HTTP-configuration using WRKHTTPCFG Next try......
