We are upgrading from the PC based faxing for Domino to IBM Integrated Domino Fax for iSeries Version 4 Release 4 running on an 830 with V5R1 of OS/400 and Domino 5.07a. We will be using the 8 port analog, feature code 2761 for outbound. We will be using the PCI ISDN 4-wire interface, feature code 2751, for inbound. I've loaded the software on the 400, and the NT workstation client. I've ran the ADDDOMSVR and all that rot. I've configured the 2761 for outbound. I want to get this working before proceeding on to the 2751. We are doing the combined install. I have two faxing domains: fax is the one for the PC based original stuff. faxing is the one for the iSeries solution. If I send to rob@9349xxxx@fax it goes out fine, and comes back in fine. Including cover page, pretty graphics and all. If I send to rob@9349xxxx@faxing I get a Delivery Failure Report with the message "Could not convert cover page to fax format". I judiciously searched the Knowledge Base for this (July 2001). I found several hits. They mostly referred to the Cover page form field in the person document. I opened up our address book. I opened up my person document. I clicked on the Fax tab. THE PAGE HAS NO FIELDS!
