I have a user who has had trouble checking email with Outlook Express. Each time there is a problem, the log files show "Unable to open mail file for userid: Unable to obtain exclusive access to maildrop". What's going on with the maildrop? This user has downloaded email several times, and then it just stops working and that message is in the server logs. Note- everyone uses Outlook Express for their email client as opposed to Notes.
Additionally, in Administrator on the "Server" tab, I see no tasks or connected users. This tab should show me the different tasks running on the Domino server, but they are just blank now. How do I correct this?
I need to know what to do about the mail user/maildrop issue and how to get back the server tasks.
