Rob, In Domino it is the same basic thing ! You have to get each Domino Domain to assume an IP presence on the Box in order to use Port 80/443 across the various independent Domains. Also, you should always address your mail issues when bring up multiple Domains as most users assume that if they can surf to www.domainthree.com on your box they can send mail to mailto:webmaster@domainthree.com Hence the need to properly define the MX controls as well.
