Admin Process Message

Since moving to Domino Notes 5.0.2c, we have been getting the following
message for each e-mail account (250 users) in the Misc. Events Log every
hour:

06/23/2000 09:06:11 AM  The Administration Process is waiting for new mail 
fields in Chris Username/dwco's person document;
will check again at 06/23/2000 09:07:11 AM.


Has anyone experienced the same problem? How can I correct or eliminate the
message?
