Sounds like you have the root of the problem solved - the fact you both had
the same CURLIB.
Now your coworker has to delete that USRSPC from his CURLIB so it gets
created correctly and not corrupted by your session.

I followed all of the steps listed (including #2 which seems ludicrous)
and now mine is working correctly again. The second developer is still
having the same problem. Originally, we both had the same CURLIB
defined in our user profile. I changed mine and left his alone.
