CODE Designer compile problems

I have been using CODE Designer for over a year. On Friday, I set
another developer up to use it. Now both workstations are having
problems compiling display files out of CODE Designer. The compile
runs out of QBATCH using the EVFCFDBK program. It creates the display
file but instead of ending, the job goes to a TIMW (Waiting for time
interval) status. The job will sit there for 10 minutes, taking up a
slot in QBATCH, before finally ending.
