Little fuzzy on what you are really trying to do. If you are trying to display a GIF image in your VARPG app and change it dynamically at run-time, this should be do-able. Change the FileName part attribute on the Image part. The window will then have to be refreshed for the change to be shown. If you are having problems mapping a drive to the IFS(which is a requirement if you are trying to access the IFS from within VARPG), then you are posting in the wrong spot.
