Tom, When I tried refreshing the cache, I would also get an error message. It wasn't a dump like yours, but what I did to correct it was clear the Cache like Reeve suggested. However, there were several files in use that I couldn't delete. So I entered C:\CODEEDIT /CM EXIT in a DOS command prompt to fully shut down Code. I was then able to delete the remaining cache files that were in use. The verify with refresh worked the next time I tried it.
