I agree it's useful even though I get a break message on my open 400 
session (I run it under the profile I sign in as).  I was just wondering 
why that pop-up box doesn't come to the foreground like the first one 
does.

Hi Ben,

That message is the compile completion message.  It reminds you when a
compile has actually completed (which can be important when submitting
compiles in batch mode).
If you still would like to turn it off,  in CODE Program Generator select
(from the menu bar)
Options->Settings
And remove the check for Notify on completion.

I unchecked that box and restarted the daemon.  It does prevent the first
pop-up box with the connection request, however the second box with the
"Following command has been executed succesfully..." still shows up.
