I has this same question awhile back and the answer from the development
team was something to the tune of CPO wasn't going to be in future releases
or something.  I am guessing that is because they were implementing all the
CODE components into Eclipse, and Eclipse had a replacement for CPO.

That still doesn't make sense for why they wouldn't put a shortcut to it in
the same location as the CODE Editor and Designer.  I actually use CPO quite
a lot.  It has a lot of shortcomings, but definitely a useful tool.

I've been using Code for a loooong time, so I have a shortcut on my desktop.
When I went to look for CPO (Start, Programs....) I couldn't find it (V5R1).
Spooky.  Anyway, here's where my shortcut points:

"C:\WDT400\projects\CODE Projects"
