CL Prompting

I don't remember the beginning of this thread, but FWIW:

I'm running WDSC 4.0, no service packs, and I can prompt CL on the
PC.  By this I mean that the prompt doesn't come up in the green
screen session where STRCODE is running, but it comes up as a Java
(well, it looked like Java) app on my PC.  As I recall, you can
turn it on or off from a menu item.

Granted I had an iteractive STRCODE session going, but I will try
it with STRCODE running in a batch session.
