VARPG Future?

It _is_ already included with the WDSc package.  VARPG is not integrated
into the workbench - I'll leave it for IBMers to say if that will/won't
happen 'cos I don't know.  I _do_ know that it will have it's RPG level
upgraded to V5R2 in the next release.

I don't quite understand the earlier point about using it to web enable
though - it really is not very good at that other than in an intranet mode -
the Java run time requirement is just too big and lumpy.
