I'm afraid my English seems to be failing me, and everyone keeps
misunderstanding me :-(.
To clarify your questions:
No you cannot have WDSC V4.0 and WDT V5R1M0 on the same PC (I have WDT on
my desktop and WDSC on my laptop - both of which connect to the same host
servers).
Yes, V5R1M0 is uninstalled prior to installing WDSC 4.0

Does this imply that I can install the new WDSC V4.0 on the same PC that
I have WDT V5R1M0 installed on and they won't interfere with each other?
Did I understand correctly?  I'd have to uninstall WDT V5R1M0 to get rid
of it?  And getting rid of it won't mess up WDSC V4.0?

(We have WDSC V4.0 on order and I have a fear of installing it, having
install problems, and not being able to get to CODE!  I'm addicted...
Just switching to WDT V5R1M0 would be great and I'd be productive again
in a minute.)

Running with 1 PC using WDT V5R1M0 and 1 PC using WDSC V4.0 concurrently
should not cause a problem for CODE (as a matter of fact this is my
current
set up).
